The XRC Brawler is the first of its kind in the RC industry. We have made it our goal from DAY 1 to outperform the competition and build the most "Xtreme" RC vehicles you'll find.

UNIQUE TRACK SYSTEM ENGINEERED FROM THE GROUND UP.
DESIGNED FOR THE ULTIMATE
DURABILITY.
The nose cone has integrated 7057-T6 aluminium bash plates along with a metal bumper and reinforcement beams to ensure any impact will be shrugged off. This allows the Brawler to destroy anything in its path! The nose itself is manufactured using FDM printing out of PLA. Should the Brawler come face to face with a wall, the quartercubic infill design acts as a crumple zone; protecting the chassis from severe damage.
The biggest issue with fast, heavy, tracked vehicles is the track design itself. During hard acceleration or cornering, tracks tend to rip off in spectacular fashion. This is why we’ve worked with our experienced track supplier to design and create a track that can handle almost anything you’ll throw at it. The innovative new design utilises two channels for the wheel to sit to give the best lateral engagement and ensure the track remains in place. Geometry of the engagement has been optimised to only become more difficult to disengage with the track as the angle between the tracks and wheel increase. Also, we’ve designed a heavy duty track tensioner that ensures tension remains in the tracks even when the shocks are compressed. A system of track guides protrudes down to the track belt, acting as a physical barrier to prevent the track from disengaging.

The Brawler's unique suspension setup provides the perfect balance between high speed performance and superior bashing abilities.
The current setup has 6x Springs and 6x Dampers with over 70mm of clearance for handling the most Xtreme terrain.

The Brawler’s cab is ready to accept an FPV camera and transmitter, that can be sold as an optional extra. This allows you to get the experience of driving the Brawler from the cab; immersing you in the fun! The cab also has intergrated remote switchable high-power light bars, meaning the bashing doesn’t stop when the sun goes down and your Brawler will be much easier to spot when it’s further away.
WATER RESISTANT
The high strength aluminium chassis is water resistant, providing protection against rain and temporary exposure to water.
All the parts of the Brawler have been carefully designed to be easily replaceable by the user. Not only this, but, we have ensured work is as trouble-free as possible by using minimal variation on the fastener types and tools required to service the vehicle. Additionally, intense Finite Element Analysis was carried out during the design process to ensure durability in all load cases. The vehicle has an overall safety factor of 4, meaning parts should not yield unless in the most Xtreme load cases.
